Rechtskultur steht Autoren aller einschlägigen Wissenschaftsdisziplinen ohne Ansehen des universitären Status offen. Kriterien sind allein Themenbezug und Qualität eines Aufsatzes. Die nächsten Themenhefte der jährlich erscheinenden Zeitschrift werden folgende Themenfelder behandeln:

Rechtskultur is open to authors of all recognized areas of study irrespective of their university status. All that matters is that an article be of very high quality and in tune with the theme of the respective journal. Future topics of the annual journal will be:

Rechtskultur est destinée aux auteurs de toutes les disciplines scientifiques pertinentes, sans considération de leur statut universitaire. Les seuls critères sont le lien avec le thème du cahier et la qualité de l’article. Les prochains cahiers thématiques de la revue annuelle traiteront des thèmes suivants:
